We are a member of the Master Builders Association and hold LBP licensing for our design and carpentry services. We are also active members of NZGBC, NZCB, SiteSafe, Hazardco, and we have won several awards over the years which can be found on our website About section.
We have our own crew of carpenters, foundation workers, and painters. We subcontract other work out, such as electrical and plumbing work. Having our own crew allows us to better manage and control the progress of construction. We partner with many of our subcontractors, making sure we work with the best in the industry so that we can continuously produce quality work.
That is a great question and the first thing to consider before starting a project! If you are looking to get pricing for your project, whether you have an idea in mind and are wanting to kick off the design, or are looking to price your build based on a set of drawings, we've got you covered. For some jobs, we can get back to you with an instant quotation or a fixed price proposal. For most projects, we will need some time to review the requirements, and generally get back to you in 10-20 working days with a comprehensive quotation.

For a construction quote, we can provide you with an initial quotation based on a set of drawings.
It is highly recommended that you provide us with as much information as you can - the more details we have about your project, the more accurate our quotation will be, and the fewer surprise variations will be presented to you during the process.
We specialize in commercial, residential, and infrastructure construction and project management. Our jobs are generally main contracting, in which we oversee the entire project from construction start to finish. We also provide design-build services.

Yes, for residential projects, we provide a 10 years Master Build Guarantee. For products and appliances, warranties will differ depending on the specific products used.
This really depends - minor changes are usually accepted. However, changes made which result in a difference to what has been defined in the scope of work will generally lead to a variation cost to the owner. Variations can add up, resulting in a much higher cost at the end of the project than initially anticipated.
Changes which may infringe the current building regulations will not be accepted, as we follow the building code for all our work, ensuring the safety of our workers and the quality of the build. If you have a specific query, please get in touch with us to discuss your thoughts in more detail.
Project timelines can vary greatly depending on a number of factors, from the location to materials and the scope of work. Generally, residential projects can take several months to a year to complete.
