Elegant and modern and situated on a site looking out to the seascape, the design of the terrace houses maximized the view with a focus on character and personalization for the homeowners. The houses took advantage of smart home technology by implementing it throughout the homes and delved back into nature through a foliage-filled backyard sanctuary.
The project won several awards in 2022.
