To continue their leadership position in the construction industry, 3EYES has been actively looking after their number one asset, their staff. As a Registered Master Builder, member of NZBC and with Site Safe, 3EYES ensure staff is compliant to the latest New Zealand work safe practices.

The safety policy that the company administers includes equipping and fitting staff with the appropriate safety apparel and regularly hold equipment and machinery training sessions. The implementation of spontaneous safety workshops for staff is the ongoing commitment to maintaining a comprehensive safety policy across all levels of the company.
